About Our Founder

Tina Swithin, founder of The Rulebook Academy and One Mom’s Battle, has been advocating for family court reform for over 15 years. After spending nearly a decade fighting to protect her children, she secured a termination of parental rights—an outcome few achieve. Since then, she has dedicated her life to educating others on how to navigate the family court system, protect their children and reclaim their power.

With over 250,000 members in the One Mom’s Battle community, Tina has built a movement that is not only reshaping individual cases but also pushing for systemic change. The Rulebook Academy is the next step in that mission— this is where knowledge becomes power.
